Motivate others to sport and movement.
We believe that sport positively affects the human psyche as well as physical condition. Through our activities, we want to bring more people to sport and motivate them to healthy movement.

To promising athletes we want to help achieve success by providing them with maximum service, so they can focus on the sport and we on everything else.

Creating sports role models.
Young people often need a role model. Someone who inspires and motivatesthem to overcome the challengesthey face. We want these role models to be athletes. sportovci.
The Story of the Founder.
I started playing floorball in Tábor. I worked my way up to Tatran Střešovice and later to the National team. During my playing career, I was the first player in the Czech Republic to be sponsored by RedBull.
Now, among other things, I lead a marketing agency ShortPRO and have experience with campaigns for major brands. I want to connect these two worlds - sports and marketing. My aim is to provide athletes with professional services and brands with the opportunity to connect with young talents.

2005.
Starting with floorball at the club 1. FbK Tábor.
Starting with athletics in Tábor.
2013.
We won a gold medal in the 4x60 m relay at the Summer Olympics for Children and Youth in Uherské Hradiště.
2016.
I am transferring to Tatran Střešovice - historically the most successful floorball club in the Czech Republic.
2017.
2nd place in the B16 category and 3rd place in the B17 category at the Gothia Innebandy Cup in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Czech floorball champions in the 2016/2017 season after a decisive 9:0 victory in the final.
"Šimůnek saved Boček's attempt and sent Janda on a breakaway. He made no mistake and scored his fifth goal of the game."
I start cooperating with the RedBull brand and become the first floorball player in the Czech Republicto secure this partnership.
Winners of the Prague Games, the largest floorball tournament in the world.
I am establishing cooperation with the brands Active O2 and Mr. FlapJack.
3rd place at the Czech Open in the National Team U19 jersey.
Founding of JANDA Consulting® with the aim of assisting entrepreneurs with accounting, taxes and law.
2019.
Founding of JANDA AGENCY® with the aim of helping entrepreneurs in sports with marketing and websites.
2021.
Founding of ShortPRO, specializing in creating short videos for social networks, producing larger commercial spots, and strategies for reaching Generation Z.
2022.
Founding a new project called Accounting for Sports specifically for athletes and entrepreneurs in sports. We assist them with accounting, taxes and law.
2023.
Creation of a new brand JANDASPORT® uniting the activities of all previous companies. It retains a primary focus on sport and human health.
