Sales Representative.
We are looking for a proactive and communicative Sales Representative, who will help us find sponsorship opportunities for our professional athletes. This role is key to building relationships between our brands JANDASPORT® & ShortPRO and potential sponsors.
Key responsibilities:
- Assistance in building and maintaining relationships with potential sponsors.
- Communication on behalf of the athletes, working with prepared templates, attending meetings, and preparing follow-ups.
- Communication with our legal department regarding contracts.
- Reaching out to potential sponsors and clients via LinkedIn, offline events, or email.
- Close collaboration with the CEO to stay informed about company strategies, relationships, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Working with CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to quickly build relationships with clients and company representatives.
- Proactive in seeking opportunities to establish new business relationships and find creative solutions for collaborations and connecting athletes with brands.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including overseeing contract accuracy and scheduling meetings.
- Experience with LinkedIn communication and professional presentation.
- Positive attitude towards sports, ideally with a sports background.
- Must be able to work on-site and be closely involved in company activities.

Videomaker.
We are looking for a creative Videomaker, who can conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging videos from start to finish, particularly in the sports environment. This position requires a strong passion for sports and an understanding of current events in both the sports world and the field of video production.

- Creative thinking, developing video concepts that will resonate with a sports audience.
- Ability to travel to filming locations, shoot videos, and then edit them.
- Active monitoring of the sports environment and trends, with an understanding of sporting events.

- Ability to independently conceptualize, shoot, and edit professional videos—both horizontal and vertical formats for Reels.

We need someone who can blend visual creativity with an understanding of the audience—not just Generation Z. You will work on projects that inspire and entertain, from short videos on TikTok to larger campaigns for our clients, including well-known brands like O2.

- Writing scripts and briefs for graphic designers, videomakers, and other team members.
