After 7 years, a bronze from the World Championships.
After seven years , the Czech floorball players celebrated a medal at the World Championship. In year 2020, affected by the coronavirus pandemic, the tournament was hosted by Finnish Helsinky.
Unfortunately, in the semifinals, the Czech team could not overcome the host team Finland and losing 2:3. In the battle for third place the Czechs managed to win a valuable medal after a victory in overtime 4:3.
