Czech Parkour Cup — May 17, 2025
We Were There!
On May 17, 2025, our JANDASPORT team® set out to capture moments from the Czech Parkour Cup, held as a premiere event by JV Sport Team.
The competition was preceded by a social media campaign aimed at attracting as many children, parents, and members of the public as possible. We launched ads on Facebook and Instagram and monitored the results.
Our task was to:
Set up social media accounts to launch paid advertisements
Launch paid advertising on Facebook and Instagram
Film footage of the event
Edit the footage into the final video and publish it on social media platforms

Paid advertising on social media
Before the event, we set up paid ads on Facebook and Instagramthat directed viewers to pages with information about the Czech Parkour Cup. For this, we used graphic materials created by the organizer’s designer.

Event Video
Our cameraman attended the event, where we filmed a summary video as well as short interviews with parents, children, and competitors. We chose short vertical videos (9:16 format). The videos can be found on social media JV Sport Team.

Stories
Stories are vertical (9:16) formats published on Instagram and Facebook, where viewers can watch them for the next 24 hours before they disappear. Stories can include videos, graphics, and can also direct viewers to a post on your profile.
During the event, we posted various Stories that viewers could watch live as well as later on the profiles JV Sport Team and JANDASPORT®.

How We Worked
The Czech Parkour Cup was compared to, for example, the European Wrestling Championship in Bratislava a smaller-scale event, but the entire process required more people involved.
Before the event, our PPC specialist was responsible for setting up paid ads. Two team members attended the event itself — cameraman Kuba and JANDASPORT founder® Vítek. After the event, our editor cut the footage into the final video, and our social media manager handled publishing the videos on the social media profiles.
Unfortunately, later in the day it started to rain, which led to the cancellation of the Freestyle category. Unlike the Speedrun category , this part of the program featured competitors performing their own choreographies, with many tricks, flips, and more expected. However, due to the bad weather and safety concerns, this part had to be skipped. Hopefully, we’ll get to see it next time!
