About.

A former Czech national team member who competed in rhythmic gymnastics at the top level for 17 years. She graduated from the Faculty of Sports Studies and now teaches yoga. She wants to inspire a sustainable, healthy lifestyle through educational and lifestyle content. She has her own light and tripod, and her dog can appear in her videos.
