Privacy policy.

Effective from 12 October 2026

This policy explains how we process personal data on jandasport.com and when working with us, what we use it for, who we share it with and what rights you have. We follow Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on personal data processing.

Who processes your data

The data controller is JANDA AGENCY s.r.o., company ID 08290725, VAT ID CZ08290725, registered at Náchodská 2681/3, 390 03 Tábor, Czech Republic, which operates the JANDASPORT® brand. For any questions about personal data, email us at vit@jandasport.com.

What data we process and why

Contact form and email

When you contact us via the form or by email, we process your name, email address, possibly your phone number and the content of your message. We use them to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer (steps prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you tick the newsletter box, we send you news based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. If you have consented to measurement, a form submission is recorded as an event (without the content of your message).

Clients and partners

For clients, partners and suppliers, we process contact and billing details and project communication – to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet legal obligations such as accounting and tax (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Athletes and content creators

For athletes in our portfolio and applicants to the Athlete Creator Program, we process name, contact details, sport, social media links, photos, videos and the information needed to arrange brand partnerships. Programme applications go through a form in our JFH Base system or Google Forms. We only publish an athlete profile on the website by agreement with the athlete.

Job applicants

We receive applications for open positions via a JFH Base form or by email. We use CV and application details only for the selection process (steps prior to a contract). Once it ends, we delete them unless you consent to us keeping them for future openings.

Cookies and analytics

On your first visit you will see a cookie banner. We only switch on analytics and marketing cookies with your consent; without it, only necessary cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer or here.

  • Necessary: the jsl_consent cookie stores your banner choice (180 days). Our hosting and website protection provider WEDOS may also set technical cookies (security and page delivery). Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Analytics (with consent): Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager – anonymous statistics on visits and website use (pages viewed, scroll depth, time on site, form views and submissions, clicks on email or phone). Cookies _ga and _ga_* for up to 2 years.
  • Marketing (with consent): Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (Facebook, Instagram) – measuring and personalising ads, e.g. whether a visit from an ad led to an enquiry. Cookie _fbp for 90 days. This may include Google Ads in the future.

We use Google Consent Mode v2: until you consent, Google Analytics stores no cookies or identifiers and receives only anonymous signals that cannot identify you, which it uses to estimate overall traffic. The legal basis for analytics and marketing cookies is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 89 of the Czech Electronic Communications Act).

YouTube videos only load after you click play, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). The video thumbnail is loaded from Google servers.

  • job applications: until the selection process ends, or up to 1 year with your consent,

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict processing, data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (including direct marketing). You can withdraw consent at any time – for cookies via the Cookie settings link, for newsletters via the link in the email or by writing to vit@jandasport.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.gov.cz). We would appreciate it if you contacted us first.
