On 7 April 2025 the Czech Chamber of Deputies hosted Generation Fair Play – Sport of the Future, a conference organised by the Trénujeme s respektem (“We Train with Respect”) initiative. We covered all the photo and video: photos of the whole event, a video recording, a recap video and a series of short interviews with guests from federations, institutions and sport.

About the conference
Held under the auspices of the Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies, Markéta Pekarová Adamová, the conference focused on a safe environment in sport. Around 150 guests attended – representatives of state institutions, NGOs, sports federations and clubs, athletes, coaches, doctors, psychologists and teachers. They discussed how to shape sport so that children and teenagers stay with it as long as possible and take away mostly positive experiences.
Speakers included Trénujeme s respektem founder Markéta Pluhařová, triathlete and IOC Safeguarding Officer Aneta Grabmüller Soldati, sports doctor Marie Skalská, psychologist Veronika Čech Baláková, psychologist Martin Macháček and Olympic fencing medallist Jiří Beran. The event was hosted by Barbora Černošková.

Guest interviews
We asked guests a simple question about their sporting experiences – a career highlight, a favourite childhood memory or a moment they’ll never forget. Their answers became a series of short vertical videos released gradually on the Trénujeme s respektem and JANDASPORT Instagram profiles, keeping the conference’s message alive for months after the event.

Trénujeme s respektem is run by Markéta Pluhařová and a great team who devote their free time, on top of their jobs, to a safe environment in sport. The conference was another step in our long-term partnership – hopefully activities like this mean more children will do sport and take away mostly positive experiences.
