The 2026 Winter Games were an event that Czechia followed mainly through screens. The Czech Olympic Committee needed a channel that would deliver something new, authentic, and fast every day.
The Czech Olympic Committee’s media house sent more than 10 content creators and photographers to Italy, who produced content directly on-site. The question was: who would deliver it daily to the audience in the quality and pace required by TikTok?
Content orchestrator, not the sole producer
JANDASPORT in the project did not act as the primary content producerThat role was fulfilled by the Czech Olympic Committee media house, with a team of creators and photographers directly on site in Italy. Our role was to orchestrate how the content reaches the audience.
This meant distributing videos from creators, producing carousels from incoming photos, supplementing the channel with our own content from the domestic festival, coordinating brand integrations, and managing the community throughout the entire duration of the Games.

The key wasn’t to “make more videos.” The key was to properly mix content sources so the channel never lost its rhythm — regardless of what was happening in Italy at the time.

Result: TikTok as the primary channel for the Czech sports audience
From 629 published pieces (166 carousels + 463 videos, 35 posts per day), a channel was built that became a primary source of Games content for a significant portion of the Czech audience — at a pace traditional media cannot match.
Trending videos featuring Czech athletes reached audiences through the TikTok algorithm and beyond the Czech RepublicSome outputs received positive feedback from international fans, athletes, and sports accounts.
Short-form content, universal emotions, and the right timing can carry content beyond the home market — without the need for translation or localization.
