How we helped amplify a nationwide sports event and bring it to millions of people on social media. JANDASPORT coordinated the festival’s digital activities, working with freelancers, agencies and the Czech Olympic Committee on creating and distributing content.

A strong event. An even stronger digital reach.

The Olympic Festival is a nationwide event with huge potential. It naturally draws thousands of visitors and plenty of media attention.

Digital communication, however, can extend that potential much further – especially to younger people and those outside the venue.

Our role: coordinating and amplifying digital communication

JANDASPORT wasn’t the only supplier. Our role was to coordinate digital content across the team, set the content strategy, produce short-form video and connect the output across platforms, partners, athletes and media.

The goal wasn’t to create the event. It was to multiply its reach and impact online.

A digital engine running in real time

  • 01Content engineNon-stop content production on site, reacting fast to what’s happening – sporting moments, emotions and visitors.
  • 02TikTok-first approachShort, dynamic videos as the main reach driver – a mix of real-time content, pre-shot formats and content from the Games.
  • 03Distribution ecosystemTikTok for reach, Instagram for community and growth, Facebook for older audiences, and partners and media as an extra distribution layer.

Content at the pace social media really runs at

During the festival we worked like a fast sports newsroom. Content was created throughout the day and instantly edited, published and evaluated.

  • 1,530+posts published
  • 85posts a day at peak
  • 7posts an hour
  • 10team members + photographers

The result: digital reach many times the event itself

  • 50.4Mviews across platforms
  • 2.34Minteractions
  • +39,874new followers
  • 1,530+posts published
  • 2,400×partner appearances in content

Combining strategy, production and distribution extended the festival’s reach far beyond its physical attendance and reached new audiences across the Czech Republic.

We didn’t have one network. We had an ecosystem.

  • TikTok33.9M views · +41,000 followers · 629 postsThe main growth channel and primary reach driver. Younger audiences, fast reactions, viral moments.
  • InstagramReels as the growth driver · collabs with athletesCommunity, Reels, Stories and collab posts with athletes and partners. The main platform for brand building and organic follower growth.
  • FacebookBroad audience · emotionA broader, older audience. High reach for emotional videos, national moments and content with athletes and celebrities.
  • StoriesReal-time interaction · polls and Q&AThe community layer across all platforms: polls, questions, real-time reactions, direct contact with the audience and an online–offline link.

What worked best

Three reels that generated over 5.8 million views between them. Short format, strong moments, fast distribution.

  • short, dynamic video,
  • emotion and national moments,
  • athletes, celebrities and strong personalities,
  • content from people trying out sports,
  • real-time reactions to what’s happening,
  • bringing partners and media into distribution.

Informative content matters, but growth comes from emotion, stories and speed.

Online × offline: when digital brings people into the venue

We also used simple activation mechanics – such as hunting for hidden items around the venue using clues on social media. This kind of content linked online communication with visitors actually moving around the festival.

  1. Items hidden around the venueSigned cardsItems hidden around the venueCards were collected all over the venue, and fans messaged us with what they found.
  2. Clues for visitorsPromo itemsClues for visitors“Got them!” replies within minutes. The activation became a game.

The festival as a distribution platform for the whole sports ecosystem

Content wasn’t limited to the festival’s own accounts. Athletes, partners, media, federations and local institutions all took part in distribution, turning the festival into a platform that created value for others in the sports world too.

Delivering partner contracts across sport, retail and automotive

For the 2026 Olympic Festival we coordinated how partner brands were worked into digital content – from product placement to branded posts and video integration. Partners appeared in content 2,400 times. The partners whose deliverables we handled include:

What it means for your sports project

  • 01Even a strong event needs digital amplification – otherwise its reach stays with the people who were there.
  • 02Short-form video can multiply reach far beyond physical attendance.
  • 03Partners get more media value when they’re integrated into content.
  • 04Production pace and capacity directly decide how many moments from the event reach the audience.
  • 05Data and reporting open doors to further business development and partner talks.
  • 06An external, coordinated team adds to in-house capacity and handles peaks without compromising quality.
